Strip clubs are illegal in China but that doesn't stop prostitution being rife across places like Hong Kong. There are plenty of underground clubs and barber shops tend to stay open late at night with red lights on but for some reason no one is cutting hair if you catch my meaning. You can find the typical lap dancing venues with international ladies but the prices will be very high.
